We’re offering spots on a 15-acre off-grid property — the beginning of a tiny-home/off-grid community. It’s a peaceful, back-to-nature setting with room to grow your own garden, relax by a seasonal creek, and enjoy simple, self-sufficient living.

What’s available
- Bring your own tent: $100/month for a space 
- Bring your own RV: $300/month for a space 
- Rent an RV from us (space included): $550/month 
- Rent a tent and space from us: $150/month

All residents get unlimited well water. The property includes an on-site outhouse with shower and bathroom facilities. The site is approximately 20 minutes from the local hospital in Dublin, Georgia.
